Hi everyone, I'm JoJo! I’m an instructor in Cycling, Pilates, HIIT, Yin, Zumba, Barre, and Yoga. My fitness journey began in 2017 when I was far from healthy. I was battling depression and had become extremely underweight due to a lack of appetite. One day, a picture made me realize how much my health had deteriorated. Determined to change, I embraced a healthier lifestyle and never looked back. My first yoga class was a Bikram 26x2 90-minute session, and I was instantly hooked. By 2018, I started teaching fitness classes alongside being a student.

Teaching fitness has been life-changing for me. The benefits of Yoga and HIIT have transformed both my body and mindset. I love that these workouts require minimal or no equipment and can be done anytime, anywhere. I deeply care about my students, and nothing is more valuable to me than helping someone feel happy, confident, and strong. From personal experience, I know how poor health affects every aspect of your life and wellbeing. I'm here to support you and help you discover the joys and benefits of training that shaped me into who I am today.
